Practical tips, local resources, and a gentle reminder...
It’s your turn to be on your own to-do list.
Being a mom these days is… a lot. But being a mom who’s also managing a career, juggling carpools, maintaining a household, and showing up for friends and family? That’s a whole other level of full.
Somewhere between the work deadlines, cheer competitions, and laundry piles, it’s easy for you to fall to the bottom of your own priority list.
But here’s the truth: no one else can take care of you the way you can. And if you're feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or running on empty—this is your invitation to pause, reset, and make space for yourself again.
Welcome to the very first edition of The Tailor Made Wellness Edit — a passion project that’s been years in the making. As a busy mom and lifelong local, I’ve always loved discovering and sharing the best spots to eat, recharge, and feel good.
So I finally decided to put it all in one place.
Each month, you’ll find handpicked places, experiences, and ideas that support wellness in all its forms — from food to movement, beauty, indulgence, and meaningful self-care.
This isn’t about perfection. I’m still figuring it out too. But I believe in sharing what works, what feels good, and what makes real life just a little more joyful.

Last week, I celebrated my birthday with two of my favorite women — my mom and my aunt — at Mercato in West Chester. Now listen, I’m a lover of all things pasta, pizza, and anything remotely Italian (who isn’t?). But sometimes... you crave something a little more macro-balanced.
Enter: the burrata and beet salad.
Bright. Creamy. Earthy. Gorgeous.
My tip: Always add a piece of protein to your salad to round it out — healthy fats, good carbs, and clean protein make all the difference.
As a pescatarian, I topped mine with a perfectly grilled piece of salmon and let me tell you... it hit. the. spot.
It’s proof you can go out, celebrate, eat well, and still feel amazing afterward.

I tried IV Active for the first time with my hubby Matt, and let’s just say — I’ll definitely be having them back. Yes, they come to your home, office, or wherever you want, really.
This IV drip concierge service is modern, clean, and incredibly relaxing. Whether you’re looking for a hydration boost, immune support, or post-travel recovery, it’s an indulgence that feels like self-care — but with science-backed benefits.
Why IV Active? It involves delivering essential fluids, vitamins, minerals, and medications directly into the bloodstream through an IV drip. By bypassing the digestive system, IV therapy ensures near-instant absorption, offering fast and effective results compared to oral hydration and supplements.
Whether you’re dealing with fatigue, dehydration, a weakened immune system, or simply looking to boost your overall wellness, IV therapy offers a personalized solution to meet your needs.
I 10/10 recommend you give this a try!

Chester County is packed with hidden gems, and Stroud Preserve is definitely one of my favorites to find my center. With its rolling green hills, those iconic hay bales, and peaceful trails, it’s my go-to spot when I want to move my body and breathe in fresh air.
For me, the perfect reset is the combination of nature’s beauty and a good workout. I love bringing my family along — we race up the big hill for an intense leg workout, and our dog, Mutzy, absolutely loves it too.

I’ve followed Dr. Arianne Missimer’s work for years and finally experienced her practice — and honestly, wow. She’s a TEDx speaker, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Registered Dietitian, and Ninja Warrior (yes, seriously!).
What truly sets her apart is her whole-body, root-cause approach — completely different from anything I’ve tried before. Whether you’re healing from an injury or just want to move more mindfully, this place is a total game changer.
I’m just getting started with her at The Movement Paradigm, but I’m already blown away by how deeply she understands what’s going on in my body — from one conversation and some lab work.
If you’re looking for a functional practitioner with a science-meets-intuition approach, I can’t recommend her enough.
She is also on last months cover of Strong Magazine ... so there is that :)

Nestled in Chester Springs, Iron Bird Boutique is one of those magical places you wander into and immediately feel at home. It started as a space to support women entrepreneurs and has since become my go-to for gifts, self-care, clothes, and home accents — basically everything I want in my life.
Curated, cozy, and full of intention, this boutique is a beautiful reminder that shopping small can feel big. Every time I visit, I find something I didn’t know I needed.

Some traditions stick — and for us, Gemelli Gelato is one of them.
We’ve been fans since the doors opened, making sweet memories with our daughters over their handcrafted gelato.
Recently, Matt and I went on a date night there, and it reminded me of something important: enjoying the things you love — the truly good things — is part of wellness too.
And honestly? I’ll take a scoop of local gelato over a chain every time. Not just because I love supporting small businesses (though I do), but because you can taste the extra love.

If you hang out here long enough, you’ll notice something about me — I’m always cheering you on to chase your dreams, lean into your passions, and lift others as you rise.
So when I say I’m beyond excited for The Audacious Woman Summit 2025, I mean it.
🗓 October 17, 2025 | 8:30AM–4:00PM
📍 Hotel West & Main, Conshohocken
This isn’t just another women’s event — it’s a movement. A space to connect, grow, and be surrounded by bold, kind, powerhouse women who are ready to embrace their next chapter with clarity and confidence.
And guess what? My dear friend Erika — one of the most inspiring, kind-hearted, and empowering women I know — is the visionary behind it. The moment tickets dropped, I grabbed mine. No questions asked. I just know it’s going to be next level.
If this speaks to your soul, I’d love nothing more than to have you there with me. You in? There are only a few tickets left so...

For me, it’s about little rituals, simple pleasures, and discovering the places and people that help me feel more like… me.
I hope this first Edit gives you a little inspiration to explore something new or revisit an old favorite. And if you have places you love that I should check out, I’d love to hear from you — we’re just getting started.
See you in July.
And until then, live well — your way.
